| Job Description: | Lead hand for general landscape and property maintenance tasks on small commercial, residential and farm properties (Burlington-Milton-Guelph-Waterloo area) with interest in organic market gardening. |
| Requirements: | Experience in landscape maintenance required; must have solid familiarity with small engine equipment, be able to perform physically demanding chores, and work both independently and with others. Good handyman skills a must. Driver's license and clean abstract. Person with own pickup truck preferred. |
| Hours: | Part to full time, depending on expertise. May lead to year-round work for tight person. |
| Remuneration: | Depending on qualifications and experience |
| Job Description: | Will help team members with basic gardening and property maintenance tasks, such as weeding, planting annuals, cutting grass, edging flower beds and turf areas, sweeping, de-littering, at busy times. Will also work, with team and independently, taking care of organic herb / vegetable plots, doing weeding, planting, tilling, and so on. |
| Requirements: | Some experience in gardening / landscaping / vegetable growing required; must have familiarity with lawn care equipment, and be able to perform physically demanding work. Mechanical aptitude/expertise or horticultural training preferred. |
| Hours: | Flexible / As needed. Suit local resident with spare time. |
| Remuneration: | $ 15/hr + |
